A small raised piece has been punched with a hole to support a stick incense and is attached to a lower elongated cylinder shape that will collect dropping ash. The piece is raised on 4 small legs to give a clean and clear placement on any surface. This piece has been glazed with a low-fire crystalline base and added droplets of speckled orange around the edges that create a beautiful mixture of bright blue and brown hues where they combine. The clay body has been left unglazed along the bottom to show off the stoneware and create a piece that is enjoyable from every angle.
