Each bead is individually had rolled and hole punched. They are made with an assortment of wild clays, glazes, and/or underglazes to create intriguing patterns and aesthetic. Recycled wood is sanded, drilled, and cleaned up to support the beads and give a nice appearance. Threaded with a durable nylon cord and hand tied, it uses minimal materials for a sustainable product. This specific tapestry includes 144 hand rolled and painted beads.
